1. Information About The Website And Terms Of Service
1.1. The Terms of Service define the type and scope of services provided electronically through the Website and the terms and conditions for using the Website by Users (according to the definitions in point 2 below).
1.2. The owner of the Website is LK Steel (according to the definition in point 1.3 below).
2. Definitions
1.3. LKSTEEL limited liability company based in Tczew, address: ul. 30-go stycznia 34, 83-110 Tczew, registered in the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001006770, whose records are kept by the District Court in Gdańsk-Północ, Gdańsk, VII Economic Division of the KRS, NIP: 5932635320, share capital: 5,000 PLN.
1.4. Consumer – a natural person who enters into a legal transaction with LK Steel not directly related to their business or professional activity, and a natural person who enters into an agreement with LK Steel directly related to their business activity, if the agreement indicates that it is not of a professional nature for the person, particularly in relation to the subject matter of their business activity, as indicated in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.
1.5. ODR Platform – an online tool for resolving disputes amicably between Consumers residing in the European Union and entrepreneurs with a registered office in the European Union, arising from online contracts for sales or services, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
1.6. Terms of Service – these Terms of Service.
1.7. Website – the website available at: www.lksteel.pl.
1.8. User – a natural person visiting the Website.
3. Terms And Conditions Of Using The Website
3.1. The Website serves to provide information about the activities of LK Steel.
3.2. The use of the Website is free, voluntary, and accessible to all persons using the internet.
3.3. To use the Website, it is necessary to have a device equipped with an information system connected to the Internet and a standard web browser that allows reading .pdf files.
3.4. Gaining access to the Website by the User is equivalent to entering into an agreement between the User and LK Steel for the provision of access to the Website under the terms specified in the Terms of Service. This agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and is automatically terminated once the User leaves the Website. The User can leave the Website and terminate the agreement with LK Steel at any time and for any reason.
3.5. The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with the law, good practices, in a manner that does not infringe the rights of LK Steel or third parties, and exclusively for personal use.
3.6. The content on the Website is protected by copyright and may be used by Users without LK Steel’s consent only in accordance with the allowed use.
4. Complaints
4.1. A User who is dissatisfied with the operation of the Website may submit a complaint by sending an email to: info@lksteel.pl.
4.2. Complaints will be processed within no more than 14 calendar days from the date of submission. The response to the complaint will be sent to the User via email to the address from which the complaint was submitted.
4.3. A User who is a Consumer and lives within the European Union may also use the ODR Platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes arising from the agreement with LK Steel regarding the provision of access to the Website.
5. Personal Data Processing And Cookies Policy
5.1. The rules for processing Users’ personal data and the use of cookies are specified in the Privacy Policy.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. Polish law applies to the Terms of Service. In matters not regulated by the Terms of Service, the appropriate provisions of law apply.
6.2. If any provision of the Terms of Service is less favorable to Users than the mandatory provisions of Polish law, particularly those protecting Consumers, the provisions more favorable to Users apply.
6.3. All disputes between LK Steel and the User related to the use of the Website that could not be resolved amicably will be settled by the common courts
